A reporter who doesn’t do military men and a military man who doesn’t do reporters. Both arriving in Green Valley to start new chapters in their lives. They meet in a bar where a biker fight is about to kick off, and our overzealous reporter needs rescuing.
Things are all a bit spelled out and straightforward. It’s all very quaint; a date spent at the harvest festival, a welcoming town, and good fortune landing in their laps.
They are wolf shifters but there wasn’t any shifter action, just a bit of running in the woods. It’s a short novella but unfortunately didn’t entice me to spend more time with the Silver Town Wolf series.
